We monitor awareness and understanding of the Data Protection Act amongst data controllers and individuals on an annual basis.
In addition, we have conducted annual research since 2003 to gauge awareness and understanding of the Freedom of Information Act amongst public authorities and individuals.

We are currently conducting the Annual Track 2008. We have commissioned SMSR Ltd to undertake the study on our behalf. SMSR Ltd is an independent market research company which adheres to the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct.
